Rates are per person based on lodging occupancy.
FARE INCLUDES: All meals. Overnight lodging, two nights per 3-day cruise and one night per 2-day cruise. Lodging is in quality area hotels. Transportation to and from hotels where necessary. All tolls, taxes and on shore gratuities. Return transportation by chartered motorcoach for our one-way cruises.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We charge $30 per person booking fee with written cancellation at least 20 days before departure. After 20 days, we charge full fare unless the reservation is resold.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly recommend this precaution. You'll find information with your confirmation material.
SPECIAL DIETS: Please advise us of your special needs when you book.
ACCESSIBILITY: The dining/lounge area and accessible bathroom are located on the main boarding deck of the Emita II. The upper deck is reached only by stairs. Please call us to discuss your situation.
GRATUITY: A tip is a tradition that should be commensurate with service. A crew gratuity, therefore, has not been included in the fare. In general, 7-10% of cruise fare is considered appropriate.
PARKING: There is free parking at each departure location. On the day of departure, report first to the Emita II, where crew will greet you, help with luggage and direct you to parking.
PACKING: Casual, comfortable dress is the rule on board. Plan layers for unseasonably warm or cool days. Luggage travels in our chase van, so bring a carry-on for camera, binoculars and rain coat (just in case). Some hotels have pools; bring a suit.

We will send driving and parking directions, and itinerary of your cruise and suggestions for nearby hotels. Most cruises depart at 9:00 a.m.
Buffalo: Lockport, 20 miles northeast of downtown Buffalo.
Syracuse Westbound: Emita II's home dock, 15 minutes northwest of downtown Syracuse.
Syracuse Eastbound: Brewerton at Oneida Lake, 20 minutes on I-81 north of Syracuse.
Rochester: Mid-Lakes Erie Macedon Landing, Macedon, 20 minutes southeast of Rochester.
Oswego: North of Lock 1 off East First Street.
Seneca Falls: Cowing Street off Routes 5 & 20 downtown.
